"I was looking for a new salon to try in West Hartford and came across Top Level Salon after a few google searches. After reading through all of the wonderful reviews, I booked an appointment with Khayla. My experience at the salon was absolutely amazing and I definitely plan to rebook with her! The salon itself is extremely clean and they took appropriate COVID precautions by taking my temperature right when I walk in / required me and my hair stylist to wear masks the whole time. Khayla made me feel comfortable right from when I walked in and really listened to how I wanted my hair styled. She really took her time to make sure everything was just right- I can honestly say she gave me the best hair cut I have probably ever had! I am so happy I found this place and can not recommend it enough!"

"My daughter wanted a new stylist to cut her curly hair and give her bangs. After searching the Internet for salons in West Hartford, we found Top Level Salon. We read its great reviews and called to make an appointment. The receptionist was very accommodating and booked an appointment for my daughter with Naomi, the curly hair specialist. We found Naomi to be friendly, professional and quite the artist with the scissors. The price was very affordable as well. My daughter's hair looks phenomenal!! I haven't cut my hair in about a year and a few months due to a horrible experience at my past salon. "I always leave Top Level Salon feeling and looking beautiful! Gregory really hears me and is always spot on with my color and style. He recommended that I add extensions after I complained about my thin and lack of volume hair. I agreed to get them a year ago and I LOVE them! He matched them to the color of my hair so they look natural! I look forward to all of my appointments because I know I will be greeted by a warm and friendly smile by everyone there and I will walk out looking awesome!!"
